Test in your browser
1. Configure your browser to use your HTTP proxy. Ensure the port is 8800.
Instructions for Firefox
Instructions for Internet Explorer
2. Go to ip-check.net in your browser. If the page loads, then you can connect through the proxy. If not, please try using port 3128 or 52931 instead. Then try  to load the site again.

If you're still having issues, proceed to the following steps.

Do you see an access denied error?
1. Ensure that your IP is authorized in our proxy Control Panel (http://vip.squidproxies.com).
2. On the "access denied" page, sometimes the IP listed in "Please ensure this IP is set in your authorized IP list: " is different from the one that was set on your proxy control panel. Please ensure that the ip listed in the "access denied" page is authorized too.

Do you see a "connection timed out" or "page failed to load" error?
1. Download our proxy manager
2. Click "Test Proxies"
3. If the test succeeds, then double check your settings.
4. If the test fails, send the debug log to support.

Do you have another issue?

2. Click "Test Proxies"
3. Send the debug log to support, along with the screenshot of the error you are seeing.
