How can I downgrade my proxies?

Downgrade can be requested 7 days prior to due date. You will be refunded for the remaining days on your existing package and then charged for the remainder of the billing cycle at the new package. Due date is the same. You will get all new proxies.

If you're at 6 days prior to due date, we recommend using your proxies for the remaining days of the billing cycle. Then place a new order of the lower package.
